FAQ's

1. When Will My Order Ship?

  • Domestic Orders: Once orders are placed they will ship between 3-5 business days. Domestic USA orders will typically arrive in 5 days or less after being shipped.

  • International Orders: I ship to every country that the United States Postal Service ships to. International packages start at $15 and that increases according to how many items are in the order. Keep in mind I only charge the exact amount that USPS charges me to ship. Orders can take from 14-30 days to arrive depending on where the order is shipping to. Covid, unfortunately, is still an issue for USPS staff and can affect shipping times.



2. Customs Fees for International Orders?

I am not responsible for any other fees including duties, taxes, customs fees and VAT's (Value Added Tax) for European Union orders. All fees mentioned prior are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local post office to see if this applies to you before ordering. Refusing to pay the aforementioned fees is seen as rejecting the package by the USPS and therefore it will be returned to me. If at that point you would like a refund please contact me directly through my email; [email protected]. If you have refused to pay the aforementioned fees and the package has been returned to me by the USPS but you would still like your order, you will have to pay for shipping again along with the customs fees.



3. How Much Does Shipping Cost?

Domestic shipping inside the USA costs a flat rate of $5. International shipping costs a minimum of $15. These prices WILL increase when you add more to your cart due to USPS basing their shipping prices on the weight of the package.



4. Post Office Pickup?

Some orders being delivered by USPS require someone to be home for collection. If no one is available to collect the package it will be brought back to your local post office for holding until you are available to pick it up. Holding times may vary but are typically between 15-30 days. If the package is NOT picked up within the holding time of your local post office it WILL be returned to me. At that point you may request a refund or pay for shipping again. I am not responisble for shippping fees if you have missed the holding pickup time at your local post office.



5. Incorrect/Incomplete Addresses and Gate/Door Codes?

Please triple check your address before placing your order.
I am not responsible if the package gets returned to me because of an incorrectly provided address. I will notify you of any returned orders but you will be responsible to pay for shipping. We are not responsible for addresses with gate or door codes. Your postal carrier is unable to see any notes you include with your order (ie. gate code is 1234). Please communicate directly with your USPS postal carrier regarding gate or door codes that are needed in order to get access to your location.
 


6. Stolen or Misdelivered Orders?

If your package gets misdelivered by the postal service or gets stolen, we are unable to refund you
. File an online request at  USPS  to begin a search for the missing item and to get the local post office involved. If after 7 days the package is not found, the next step is to submit a Missing Mail Search Request. Please email me at [email protected] if this happens so that we can also file a case on our end.


5. What Happens If My Order Arrives Damaged?

I am not responsible for orders damaged during the shipping process. If your order is damaged upon receiving it, please file a claim on the USPS website through the following link: https://www.usps.com/help/claims.htm. Please contact me directly through the email [email protected] and I will get back to you within 3 business days. We will then assess the damage of the product so please do not discard the item/items and provide pictures so we can discuss how to proceed.



 6. Refunds and Exchanges?

All sales are final so please be sure to triple check your order before finalizing it.
You may not cancel or change the items of your order once they have been finalized and confirmed. Please make sure your name and address are correct before finalizing.



 7. Hours of Operation?

Orders are shipped during typical business days (Mon - Fri) excluding weekends and holidays.
Email response time is within 48 hours. 



8. What if Something I Want Is Out Of Stock?

Please contact me through the email [email protected] and to let me know which item you are interested in. If/when enough interest is expressed about that particular product I will happily restock and inform you and the KUWTB followers through Instagram stories/posts.
